The Palestinians, the EU, and Peace in the Middle East

Speakers:

  • Salem Barahmeh is the current ICSR Atkin Fellow from Palestine. A native of Jericho, he has previously worked at the General Delegation of the PLO to the United States. He holds a BA in Government from Lawrence University in Wisconsin, and an MA in International Peace and Security from King’s College of London. His MA research dealt with the legal status of Palestine as a result of General Assembly Resolution 67/19.
  • Tal Dror is the current ICSR Atkin Fellow from Israel. A native of Jerusalem, Tal began her political career as a parliamentary assistant, political adviser and spokesperson to an MK from the Kadima party. She then worked as an Internal Political Advisor at the British Embassy in Israel. Tal holds a BA in Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a MA in Government, Specialising in Political Marketing from the IDC Herzliya.
